Martin Smith

Martin is a professional director with more than 25 years’ experience in the consumer goods sector. He is the former Country Manager of L’Oreal NZ and is a previous Regional Director for L’Oreal Asia Pacific, Western Europe, Africa, India and the Middle East.

As a global senior executive, he has lived in London, Paris and Shanghai. Martin is passionate about helping Kiwi companies succeed and is currently an Independent Director on the boards of Damar Industries, Reefton Distilling Company, Mojo Coffee Group and Mons Royale. Martin was also on the boards of an NZX listed Pharmaceutical company and a leading NZ cancer charity.
