Thijs Duursma

Thijs Duursma is a skilled formulation chemist and researcher currently employed at IamFluidics BV since May 2021, contributing to the development and launch of innovative drug delivery products utilizing in-air microfluidics. Thijs has a solid academic background, holding a Master of Science in Applied Nanotechnology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Saxion University of Applied Sciences. Prior experience includes a role as a Process Development Engineer at Nanomi, focusing on long-acting injectables and engaging in research related to membrane emulsification. Additionally, Thijs completed an internship at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where research on recombinant spider silk nanomembranes was published.
