Lerwen Liu

Lerwen Liu currently serves as an Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship at Nanyang Technological University Singapore and as a Resource Person in Technopreneurship and Gender Development for Green and Digital Transformation at the Asian Development Bank. Additionally, Lerwen Liu is the Founding Director of the STEAM Platform, which empowers Asian youth to lead in the smart circular economy and sustainability sectors. With extensive experience in the circular economy, Lerwen Liu has held multiple leadership roles, including Director at Microspace Rapid Pte Ltd and NanoGlobe, and served as a Circular Economy Institutional and Business Model Specialist at the Asian Development Bank. As a founder of the Circular Economy Accelerator, Lerwen Liu has focused on creating an entrepreneurship ecosystem to promote circular economy transformation. Previous engagements include being a Lead Author at the UN Environment Programme and a Senior Advisor at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi. Lerwen Liu holds a PhD in Physics from UNSW.
