Naomi E. Soldon is a partner at Soldon McCoy and started practicing labor and employment law upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1990. She has extensive trial and appellate court experience, including stints on the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and Michigan.

Naomi is a labor-management attorney who focuses on representing funds and providing reimbursement for large claims. She also drafts plan documents and summary plan descriptions, reviews documents for compliance with ever-changing laws and regulations, and is often in court handling a wide range of ERISA litigation.
