Ines De Luna

Ines DeLuna currently serves as the Director at the Center for Volunteer & Nonprofit Leadership (CVNL), where responsibilities include leading volunteer engagement, management, disaster services, and community service programs. Ines also holds the position of Manager of Volunteer Engagement and Disaster Services at the Community College League of California and is a Board Member at Napa Valley College, as well as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Farmworker Institute for Education and Leadership Development. Additionally, Ines was a candidate for District 3 Napa County Supervisor. Previous experience includes roles as Office Manager at Gabriel-Glas North America LLC, Court Division Supervisor at Napa Superior Court, Bilingual Assistant at Latino Professional Services, and Board Liaison for the Mexican American Vintners Association. Ines holds a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity in HR Certificate from Cornell University and has a background in community and government liaison roles, notably with the Napa County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
