Mark Fletcher

Mark Fletcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales management. Currently serving as the Regional Lead for Customer Success at Adenza since November 2021, Mark previously held the position of Sales Account Manager at Calypso Technology, managing accounts in the UK and Ireland. Mark's career at Fidessa spanned nearly 17 years, during which roles included Sales Manager, overseeing a team of account managers and managing significant revenue, and Account Manager, responsible for hosted ETP clients. Early career experience includes positions at Thomson Financial and ICV, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Cardiff University.
