CJ Kenney has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as AVP of Human Resources at Nassau Financial Group since June 2018, overseeing HR functions for a workforce of over 400 employees and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic HR initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Generalist and HR Analyst at Eversource Energy, where responsibilities involved optimizing HRIS processes and enhancing service delivery.
