Deshant Kaila

Deshant Kaila is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of GBS Operations at McDonald's, with a parallel role as a member of the NASSCOM National and Telangana GCC Council. Prior to this, Deshant held the position of Managing Director at PepsiCo GBS and spent over a decade at American Express as Vice President, where contributions included leading global transformation strategies that generated significant financial savings and strategic oversight in India. Deshant's career also includes leadership roles at Genpact, HCL Technologies, and Tata Steel, showcasing a strong background in operations, strategic planning, and transformation across various sectors. Deshant holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
