Christele El Fakhoury

Christelle Fakhoury is an accomplished business coach and organizational development expert with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at NaTakallam since April 2023, Christelle facilitates technology-driven solutions for displaced and conflict-affected individuals. In a previous role as People and Operations Lead at Bloom EMEA from 2022 to August 2023, Christelle implemented organizational structures and enhanced internal coordination for impactful startup programs across seven MENA countries. As the co-founder and COO of Jaleesa, a childcare marketplace, and the co-founder and General Manager of C2C, a successful company in the children's entertainment industry, Christelle has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership and strategic operational skills. Educational background includes a Master’s in Information and Communication and a BA in International Relations and Affairs from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
