Samuel Gill

Samuel Gill has a robust background in investment and corporate law, currently serving as an Angel Investor at Enzai and Natcap since mid-2023 and 2024, respectively. Samuel was a Co-Founder and President of Sylvera from April 2020 to April 2024, dedicated to enhancing transparency in carbon markets. Additional roles include Independent Expert Member for the VCS Program Advisory Group at Verra and participating in the Expert Panel for Biodiversity Credits at the World Economic Forum, both from late 2023 to late 2024. Prior experience encompasses corporate associate roles at Baker McKenzie and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, specializing in private equity funds and investment funds, following a comprehensive legal education with a Bachelor of Laws from Cardiff University and further studies at BPP Law School and The University of Hong Kong.
