Nikaj van Wees

Nikaj van Wees is a seasoned professional in agricultural development and economic growth, currently serving as the Chief of Party for the Feed the Future Ghana Trade and Investment activity at Nathan, a Cadmus Company. With extensive experience at Catholic Relief Services, Nikaj led multiple projects, including the USAID/Feed the Future Global Supporting Seed Systems for Development activity, managing substantial teams and budgets. Previous roles include Agriculture Investment Manager at Palladium and various positions focusing on food security and agricultural resilience at organizations like FAO, Save the Children, and Mercy Corps. Nikaj holds an MSc in Environmental Planning and Design, specializing in Land and Water Management from Wageningen University & Research.
