Albert Wat

Albert Wat is an established professional in early childhood education policy, serving as the Senior Policy Director at the Alliance for Early Success since November 2015, where responsibilities include enhancing access to quality pre-kindergarten and improving the early learning workforce. Additionally, Albert has contributed as a Committee Member for both the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine since May 2018 and a prior committee on early childhood foundations. Previous roles include Senior Policy Analyst at the National Governors Association, where Albert implemented early learning policy consultation projects, and Research Manager at Pre-K Now, focusing on economic analyses of early childhood education.
