Mark Sanet

Mark Sanet is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in budgeting and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Budget and Cost Analysis at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine since September 2009, Mark leads budgeting and internal management reporting functions while evaluating and recommending improvements to financial reports. Prior roles include Associate Director of Budget & Financial Analysis and Senior Cost Analyst, where responsibilities involved ensuring compliance with performance metrics and overseeing government-mandated financial information. Mark's previous experience at the National Automobile Dealers Association included managing retirement plans and compliance with Department of Labor standards. Mark holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Accounting, an MBA in Finance, and a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University.
