Bader Hamed Alaujan

Bader Hamed Alaujan serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board at the National Aquaculture Group (NAQUA) since November 2023 and is also a Board Member at SALIC since December 2022. Alaujan holds the position of Chairman at the Fourth Mills Company since November 2021, and Vice Chairman of the Board at Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets since October 2021. Additionally, Alaujan functions as Chairman of JADCO since March 2021 and has been a Board Member at Savola Behshahr Company since September 2014. Previous roles include Vice Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Executive Committee at ARASCO until June 2024, and Chairman of the Board at Mueen Human Resources Company until June 2023. Alaujan has also served as a Board Member at Jarir Bookstore from March 2019 to March 2022 and at Al Safi Danone from October 2019 to December 2021. Educational qualifications include completing the International Directors Program (IDP31) at INSEAD in 2019 and earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Saud University between 1986 and 1992.
