Hani bin Sami Halawani

Eng. Hani Halawani holds the position of CEO of Mask and has previously worked in several positions, including: The Saudi Arabian Investment Company (Sanabel Investments), where he was head of direct investments.

He began his career as an Equipment Engineer at Saudi Aramco, where he was a member of the Project Finance and Structuring team at Bank Saudi Fransi, and joined the World Bank Group in Washington, DC, first as an Infrastructure Project Finance Specialist, and then as an Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation, and held the position of Deputy Senior President of Amwal Al Khaleej Commercial Investment Company.

Eng. Hani has served on the boards of several well-known companies such as Ibrahim Mohammed Al-Manea & Brothers Company, Virgin Mobile Saudi Arabia, Bakheet Investment Group, Al Rowad Educational Company and the National Water Company.

Eng. Hani graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, and received his MBA from Yale University School of Management.
