Eric F. Sandstrom M.ed.

Eric F. is an experienced instructional designer currently serving at the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration as an Instructional Designer for the Office of the Chief Records Officer. Previously, Eric held senior instructional systems design and project management roles at Harkcon, Inc., focusing on developing web-based and blended courses for various sectors. Eric's extensive background includes positions at eworks llc, aiding corporate learning for Staples Inc., and multiple roles at Harkcon, Inc. and other organizations where Eric led the design and development of training programs, collaborated with military, and supported curriculum innovation. Educational credentials include a PhD candidate in Educational/Instructional Technology from Liberty University and a Master’s in Instructional Design & Technology from West Texas A&M University, along with degrees from other institutions.
