M. Winston Caldwell

M. Winston Caldwell, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Consultant for multiple organizations including ATSC 3.0 Security Authority, National Association of Broadcasters, and Pearl TV since June and July 2023, Caldwell has a strong background in spectrum engineering, having held the position of Vice President at Fox Corporation from July 2000 to May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Systems Engineer at Dell EMC and Senior Engineer at Boeing. Caldwell holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
