Téa Gennaro

Téa Gennaro, CPA, CGMA, MBA, currently serves as CFO/EVP of Operations and Secretary/Treasurer at the National Association of Broadcasters since November 2020, having previously held the role of CFO/EVP of Finance & Administration. Gennaro was a Chief Founding Member of the DC Chapter of Chief from May 2021 to January 2023, an organization dedicated to advancing women in leadership. Prior experience includes serving as CFO and Senior Director at Associated Builders and Contractors from 2013 to November 2020, and Controller at Tate & Tryon, CPAs & Consultants. Other positions held include Sr. Finance and Accounting Manager at AUVSI and Staff Accountant at CTSC. Gennaro holds an MBA in Global Business from Virginia Tech and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Pensacola Christian College.
