Erica Christoffer

Erica Christoffer is a seasoned professional in editorial management and content strategy, currently serving as Product Manager for Publications at the National Association of REALTORS® since June 2008. In this role, Erica drives growth and monetization of editorial products through data-driven decision making. Previous positions at REALTOR® Magazine include Manager of Broker to Broker and YPN Editorial, Senior Editor, Multimedia Web Producer, and Contributing Editor, where Erica consistently focused on relevant industry issues and content creation. Earlier career experiences include investigative reporting with ChicagoTalks, housing research and writing for Rogers Park Community Council, and local news coverage for Sun Newspapers. Erica holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from Columbia College Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from St. Catherine University.
