Afzal Khan

Afzal Khan is an IT Specialist with experience in software as a service and custom application integration, focusing on configurations with Active Directory Federated Services for single sign-on at NAB since March 2023. Previously, Afzal worked at HCL Technologies from September 2019 to August 2022, serving as a Technical Support Specialist providing remote desktop support and enhancing client communications. As a Desktop Support Engineer, Afzal created detailed reports on technical assistance requests, assisted in developing training materials, and maintained documentation of warranties and instructional guides, while resolving network-related technical issues. Afzal holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications in Cloud Computing from Teerthanker Mahaveer University, completed in 2019.
