Benjamin Zawada

Benjamin Zawada is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in digital architecture and customer platform strategy. Currently serving as Principal Architect - Digital at National Australia Bank since March 2019, Benjamin leads a team responsible for defining digital and CRM platforms across various customer touchpoints. Prior to this role, Benjamin held multiple positions at Commonwealth Bank from 2002 to October 2018, including Executive Manager of Customer Platform strategy & transformation, where significant advancements in decision-making and regulatory compliance were achieved. Benjamin’s career spans various roles in technology and project management, notably at Hutchison Telecoms and Anaconda Nickel, with a strong foundation in computing from Curtin University.
