Boon Chia

Boon Chia is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in agile delivery, stakeholder management, and project execution across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Technology - Digital Mobile at National Australia Bank since July 2016, Boon drives end-to-end agile delivery of digital platform changes, while previously managing multiple scrum teams and overseeing the bank’s mobile releases. Prior roles include Senior Delivery Lead at Odecee and various project management positions at IBM, where Boon executed complex infrastructure projects and managed significant transitions. With a Bachelor of Computing from Monash University, Boon possesses strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills that have facilitated successful project outcomes and stakeholder engagement throughout a diverse career.
