Sara Del Bello, M.Sc., CRHA, currently serves as Chief Advisor - Talent Management Strategies at the National Bank of Canada, where responsibilities include developing future-fit talent programs and optimizing succession management and leadership strategies. With a robust background in talent development, Sara has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Talent Development at Ecosystem and Senior Advisor for Global Talent Management at Bombardier. Sara's expertise encompasses talent management, change management, HR transformation, and advocacy for women in leadership. Additionally, Sara has experience in organizational development consulting and has contributed to academia as a faculty member at HEC Montréal.
