Ihab Aqqad

Ihab Aqqad is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in the financial sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of the International Banking Group at the National Bank of Kuwait since November 2018, Aqqad previously held the position of Deputy General Manager at the National Bank of Kuwait-Jordan Branches from November 2015 to November 2018, where responsibilities included operational, technological, financial, and legal oversight. Aqqad's career also includes significant roles in operations and project support within the National Bank of Kuwait, as well as assistant general managerial positions at Capital Bank of Jordan and Investbank. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Banking and Finance from the Institute of Banking Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from Yarmouk University.
