Holly Louise Irasubiza

Holly Louise Irasubiza, MBA, PHRi, CPC, currently serves as a Senior Officer in Learning and Development at the National Bank of Rwanda, where responsibility includes designing a comprehensive training curriculum in conjunction with the Rwanda Management Institute and 68 internal trainers, aligning employee development with the bank's strategic goals. Prior experience includes roles as an Officer in Payroll and Welfare at the National Bank of Rwanda, a Grants Officer at Partners In Health, and a Research Officer focused on health interventions in rural hospitals. Holly also held a Research Fellow position with Global Health Corps and served as an Assistant Lecturer and Assistant Head of Department at Bugema University, teaching various accounting and finance courses, while managing over 2,000 students as the Guild-General Secretary of the university. Holly holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration-Accounting, both from Bugema University.
