Caitlin Wilson

Caitlin Wilson is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in leadership and program development within prominent educational organizations. Since April 2022, Caitlin has served as Manager of Products and Services at the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. Prior roles include Strategy Officer at The NEA Foundation and Director of Program Improvement and Practice at the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education. Caitlin's career also includes contributions to NEA as a Learning and Training Development Consultant and various positions at the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. A graduate of The University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, Caitlin also holds a Master's degree in Teaching from Georgia College & State University.
