Kadeem Noray is a Postdoctoral Scholar at the National Bureau of Economic Research and a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Harvard University since July 2023. Additionally, Kadeem has been a Consulting Researcher for Schmidt Futures since July 2020, focusing on talent identification and skill measurement. Previous experience includes a Microeconomics Research Internship at Microsoft under E. Glen Weyl, a Research Assistant position at The University of Chicago for Professor Kerwin Charles, and roles as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Montana State University. Kadeem’s academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Public Policy (Economics Track) from Harvard University, a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from Montana State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, and Physics from Hillsdale College.
