Research and Evaluation

The Research and Evaluation team at the National Center for Women in IT (NCWIT) is responsible for conducting rigorous studies and assessments to understand barriers to gender diversity in technology and computing. They analyze data, develop evaluation metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to inform policies and initiatives aimed at increasing female participation in the field.
