Rosa Chiguila

Rosa Chiguila joined National Center for Youth Law in 2022 as the Senior Administrative Associate. In her role, she provides administrative and project support to the Operations Team and a variety of cross-organizational committees. Prior to joining NCYL, Chiguila was an advocate at Bay Area Legal Aid, providing legal and administrative support to 40+ attorneys in Alameda County.

Chiguila is bilingual and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Linguistics from California State University, Monterey Bay as well as a paralegal certificate from UC Berkeley Extension.
