Joleen Najjar

Joleen Najjar is an experienced Governance Risk and Compliance Analyst at NCSA College Recruiting since November 2023, and the Owner & Lead Consultant of Najjar Consulting LLC, providing risk and financial management consulting since September 2022. Previous roles include positions in operational risk management at PwC and Gemini, as well as FSO Risk Consulting at EY. Joleen began a career in customer service at Cu Boulder Business Library and has also gained experience through internships in real estate, finance, and retail. Joleen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Thornton High School.
