Joseph Melville

Joseph Melville is a seasoned professional in the confectionery industry, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the National Confectioners Association since October 2023. Joseph has been the Owner and Director of Melville Candy Co since January 1999 and co-founded Candy.com in June 2009, where Joseph also served as Owner and Co-Founder until April 2021. Additional leadership roles include Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Green Rabbit from September 2019 to December 2024 and Chairman of the Board for the NCSA/Candy Hall of Fame, with previous positions as President and Vice President. Joseph's earlier tenure at the National Confectioners Association included a Board membership from April 2020 to March 2023. Joseph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Suffolk University, completed between 2002 and 2008, and attended Cardinal Spellman from 1993 to 1997.
