Instructor - Youth Teen Adult Public Safety at National Council for Mental Wellbeing

Chandra Wiginton, LPC-A, NCC, serves as the Program Director for the Family Resiliency Center of the Permian Basin with PermiaCare since December 2019. In addition to this role, Chandra Wiginton is an instructor for the National Child Traumatic Stress Network and the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, teaching skills for professional recovery, psychological first aid, and public safety courses. Previous experience includes community management at Spectrum Association Management, crisis coordination and case management positions at Terros Health and Texas Panhandle Centers, as well as training and managerial roles at LivingWorks Education, Crisis Intervention of Houston, and various retail management positions. Chandra Wiginton holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Liberty University.
