Justin Thayer

Justin Thayer, CSP, CHST, serves as the Director of Safety at the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) since April 2019. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Safety Manager at Hill International, Inc. from April 2017 to April 2019 and at Parsons Corporation from April 2014 to March 2017. Additionally, Justin was a Project Safety Manager at CH2M HILL from June 2009 to April 2014, focusing on significant projects such as the Re-Build U.S. Coast Guard Base Design/Build Project in Galveston, TX. Earlier in Justin's career, the role of Safety Coordinator at Granite Construction spanned from March 2006 to November 2008. Justin's academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Health Management from Central Washington University and a Certificate in Construction Management from Edmonds College.
