Caroline McCune

Caroline McCune is an experienced exhibition professional currently serving as an Exhibition Officer at the National Gallery of Art since September 2023. With a solid background in museum operations, Caroline has previously held the role of Senior Exhibitions Coordinator at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco and Exhibition Associate at the National Gallery of Art. Additional roles include Graduate Research Intern at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and Graduate Research Assistant at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Caroline's early career at the Corcoran Gallery of Art involved serving as Exhibitions Officer, Development Coordinator, and Programs and Events Registrar, where significant events and exhibition projects were coordinated. Caroline holds a Master of Arts in Art History and Museum Studies from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Georgetown University.
