Anna Rubinstein

Anna Rubinstein is currently the Chief of Responsible AI at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency since May 2023, where responsibilities include serving as the senior technical advisor for AI Assurance and Governance and promoting responsible AI development and evaluation. Prior to this role, Rubinstein held various positions at MORSE Corp, including Director of T&E, overseeing testing for AI capabilities, and held multiple leadership roles at Quantitative Scientific Solutions, providing support for machine learning projects at DARPA. Rubinstein's earlier experience encompasses research and technical roles at the Institute for Defense Analyses, Princeton University, and various undergraduate research assistant positions. Rubinstein holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and Materials Science from Princeton University, along with multiple bachelor's degrees from the University of Mississippi in Chemical Engineering, Chinese, and Chemistry. Rubinstein possesses a TS/SCI clearance.
