Marshal Larkey

Marshal Larkey, PMP, is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning project management, cybersecurity, and sports management. Currently serving as the SME Program Manager for Strategy and Technical Architectures at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and Managing Director at Marshal Group LLC, Marshal has a strong foundation in overseeing operations, budgets, and logistics within various contexts, including U.S. government contracting. Previous roles have included Senior Project Manager for Army network modernization, Defensive Cyberspace Operations Program Manager, and multiple positions in sports management, such as General Manager of Bird Dog Scout LLC and Head Baseball Coach at Mount Vernon High School. Marshal holds a Master of Science in Business Cybersecurity Management from West Virginia University and several other degrees and certifications in related fields.
