Scott Ruppel

Scott Ruppel is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Chief Engineer for Digital Engineering at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency since September 2022. Prior to this role, Ruppel held various positions at NAVAIR from January 2010 to May 2021, including Prognostics and Health Management Integrated Product Team Lead for the Joint Strike Fighter/F-35 and Lead Engineer for the MQ-4C Triton. Ruppel's earlier career includes experience as an Application Engineer at Demand Detroit and as an Electronics Validation Engineer at Freightliner. Ruppel holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Portland.
