Amanda Winters is an experienced professional in higher education policy and program management. Currently serving as Program Director at the National Governors Association since January 2018, Amanda designs and manages a multi-million-dollar portfolio of projects aimed at enhancing state postsecondary policies, including proposal writing and funder relationship management.
