Stacie Massey

Stacie Massey, MBA, CGFM, serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Grants Management Association since May 2023. Stacie has extensive experience in public finance, currently holding the position of Deputy Director and previously serving as Senior Financial Manager at the Ohio Office of Budget and Management since January 2016. Prior to this role, Stacie worked as an Administrative Officer at the Ohio Emergency Management Agency from February 2008 to January 2016, and as an Internal Auditor at the Ohio Department of Public Safety from April 2005 to February 2008. Stacie began the professional career as an Assistant Auditor at the Auditor of State - Ohio from March 1999 to April 2005. Stacie earned a Master of Business Administration from Ashland University between 2006 and 2007 and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Ohio State University from 1995 to 2000.
