Leanne Scriven

Leanne Scriven is an experienced professional in leadership development and organizational design, currently serving as an Interim Leadership Consultant at National Grid since September 2022, focusing on strategies to support Net Zero transformation goals. As a CIPD Associate since July 2021, Leanne diagnoses, designs, and delivers organizational development programs for international clients. Previously, Leanne was the HR & OD Lead Consultant at PuraDesa Ltd., and held various leadership roles at National Grid from September 2005 to July 2020, including Group Head of Leadership and Capability, where responsibilities included developing leadership across the organization. Leanne holds a Master of Science in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Derby and advanced qualifications in Human Resource Management and Management from Coventry University and The University of Manchester, respectively.
