Marie Deane

Marie Deane, MBA, CCP, is an accomplished rewards advisor at National Grid since June 2024, with extensive experience in compensation consulting. Previous roles include principal consultant in compensation at Edelman Financial Engines, and senior manager of compensation at Iron Mountain, among others.
