Vanessa Buxton

Vanessa Buxton has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and strategic engineering within the energy sector, currently serving as Co-Lead for the Women in National Grid (WiNG) Belonging initiative and as a Regulatory Compliance Manager at National Grid since September 2005. In previous roles, Vanessa has worked as a Connections Strategy Engineer and Connection Policy Co-ordinator, managing processes related to new connections. Additionally, Vanessa is the Director and Chairwoman of Curvy Riders MCC Ltd, a nonprofit organization for female motorcyclists, and has a background in social support as a homeless support worker and probation service officer. Vanessa holds an HNC in Business from Bridgwater & Taunton College and an HNC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stephenson College.
