Ja'Dae Richbow

Ja'Dae Richbow currently serves as an Educator at National Heritage Academies since August 2024. Prior experience includes holding the position of Project Administrator at Avid Solutions from July 2023 to August 2024, where responsibilities included conducting project meetings and documenting stakeholder alignment. Ja'Dae also worked as a Mathematics Teacher at Graham Middle School from September 2022 to August 2023, developing a math curriculum that improved student engagement and academic performance. Earlier experience includes a role as a Data Entry Clerk at Waste Disposal Solutions, Inc., where accurate data entry and account reconciliations contributed to a significant reduction in accounting errors. Ja'Dae is pursuing a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University, after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
