Marcus Schwaderer, MBA, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Project Program Manager at the National Institute of Standards and Technology since July 2020, enhancing operations through strategic partnerships and process improvements. Previous roles include acting as Chief of Reactor Operations at the U.S. Department of Commerce and providing executive support during a critical detail assignment for the implementation of the 2021 Infrastructure Bill. With a strong background in radiation safety and nuclear engineering from prior positions at the NIST and the U.S. Navy, Marcus combines technical expertise with management acumen, supported by an MBA from the Johns Hopkins University and ongoing studies at Georgetown University.
