Rosemary Bliss

Rosemary Bliss currently serves as a Scientific Program Analyst at The National Institutes of Health, coordinating the National Institute on Aging Start-Up Challenge and Accelerator program to promote innovations in healthy aging and health equity. Previous experience includes a role as a Health IT Analyst at Sparksoft Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed defining data assets for clients, visualizing clinical data, and collaborating on website design. Rosemary also worked as a Technical Marketing Intern and an Intern at RAZ Mobility, focusing on accessibility solutions for individuals with memory loss. Additional internships included data visualization for NeuroCytonix Inc. and computer refurbishing for low-income clients. As a Project Leader for Days for Girls International, Rosemary facilitated the production of reusable pads for girls in Haiti, addressing accessibility issues related to menstrual hygiene. Rosemary holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Maryland and completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma at Seneca Valley High School.
