David C. is the Founder and CEO of Capitol Consulting Group, a political consulting, public relations, and government relations firm, since November 2012. In addition, David serves as a Lobbyist and Real Estate Specialist at National Land Realty, focusing on assisting developers with land acquisition and navigating local government permitting. David has also held the position of Governmental Affairs Specialist at Lander University since January 2020 and has significant campaign management experience, having worked on various political campaigns, including Larry Martin for SC Senate and Mike Pitts for SC House. David C. graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Presbyterian College in 2010.
