Josh Holmer

Josh Holmer is an experienced manufacturing leader with a strong background in engineering and quality management. Currently serving as the Director of New Machine Manufacturing at National Machinery since October 2022, Josh has held various significant roles in previous companies, including Plant Manager and Business Unit Manager at NN, Inc. from August 2019 to September 2022, and Director of Quality and Manufacturing at Logan Clutch Corporation from May 2016 to August 2019. Josh began their career in manufacturing engineering at LORD Corporation and advanced to roles such as Mfg. Engineering Supervisor at The Horsburgh & Scott Co. and Instructor at Terra State Community College. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor and Associates degree in Engineering Design from Bowling Green State University and Terra State Community College, respectively.
