The Leadership Team at National Medical Stores is responsible for strategic oversight and direction of the organization. Each member, from the Chief Procurement Officer to the Chief Information, Communication & Technology Officer, collaborates to ensure efficient procurement, high-quality service delivery, robust financial management, and effective operational processes, all aimed at meeting the medical supply needs of Uganda effectively and sustainably.
