Ajit Shinde

Ajit Shinde is an experienced professional specializing in materials characterization and new product development. Currently, Ajit serves as an Assistant Manager in the New Product Development Group at JSW since February 2024 and as a Project Associate -II at the National Metallurgical Laboratory since April 2023. Prior roles include Associate Researcher at Tata Steel from April 2021 to April 2023, where Ajit focused on mechanical testing and supported projects on additive manufacturing and GMAW welding of low carbon steel, and Project Trainee at Tata Steel Jamshedpur from March 2019 to May 2020, working on medium manganese steel. Ajit holds a Master of Technology in Material Science and Technology from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University.
