Paul Douglas

Paul Douglas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and executive roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a National NMSDC & Local EMSDC Board member, Paul has also co-founded CareerEquity and holds the position of President at The JPI Group. Previously, Paul was the Executive Director at Populus Group and worked as an Account Executive at Aerotek. Paul’s academic background includes studies at Temple University from 1999 to 2004 and attendance at Dunbar High School.
